How to Request Deletion

Send an email to investup462@gmail.com with the following information:

• Use the same email address you registered with
• Include your PlayFab player code if available (found in Settings > Your Player Code)
• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

What Gets Deleted

• Your email address from our records
• Your username / display name
• Your PlayFab account and associated authentication data

Data That Is Already Gone

Game session data (board state, trades, chat, stocks, bonds) is stored in server memory only and is deleted automatically when the game ends or the server restarts. No action is needed from you. What is kept for safety: a chat message someone reported, kept with the report (see below), and mutes and bans until their deletion dates in the Privacy Policy. The players you blocked are deleted with your account.

Retention Period

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Kept After Deletion

Reports made by you or about you are kept until their stated deletion dates, for safety: 12 months from the report, with any reported message deleted 180 days after the report is closed (see the Privacy Policy). A ban is kept while it stands, then 12 months. Nothing else is kept. Anonymized gameplay logs that cannot be tied back to you may remain for operational purposes.
